It is important that you read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions set out below and those incorporated by reference before you make a purchase from Candy Man Signs.

By accepting the terms and conditions you also agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions at our discretion and will post such amendments to the website.

Fees and Services

1. Candy Man Signs requires minimum of 50% deposit on acceptance of our quote, with the balance required upon completion or installation.
   
2. Candy Man Signs will offer a 5% discount off your order if total payment is received in advance.
   
3. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued, excluding any speciality discounts.
   
4. For specific colour matching or use of a specific PMS colour an additional fee of $35.00 is required. Candy Man Signs provides a selection of common colours only and purchasers should be aware they may vary slightly depending on the type of material used.
   
5. In the event of a charge back, the purchaser agrees to pay all associated costs incurred by Candy Man Signs on amount due.
6. The purchaser agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified Candy Man Signs, its owners, directors and employees against any action, and must pay the amount of all losses, liabilities, costs (including legal costs) expenses and damages incurred or arising in connection with:
   1. incorrect information used on any product designed or supplied to Candy Man Signs
   2. trademark infringements
   3. any act or omission of the purchaser, its staff, advisors or contractors and any claim brought by any person in relation to such act or omission
7. Once deposit is received, delivery of in stock products will be within 5 – 7 working days from the date of artwork approval.

Refunds and Warranties

1. Any defects or manufacture faults must be identified within 7 days of receipt of goods.
   
2. General and customised products will be not be refunded unless there is a manufacture fault.
   
3. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that they select the quality of the product that is suitable to the environment to which it will be used. Candy Man Signs has provided a guide containing such information which can be found on the website.

Website Usage

1. You agree that you will not take any action that produces an excessively large load to our infrastructure.
   
2. You agree that you will not copy, alter, modify, reproduce or publicly display any content (except your information) from our site without the prior express written permission of Candy Man Signs.
   
3. You agree that the information and payment details you provide to Candy Man Signs are not false, misleading, inaccurate or fraudulent.
   
4. You agree that the information you provide to Banaz.com.au will not contain any viruses, worms or other similar computer programming routines that may delete, damage, modify, access without authority or remove any system, data or personal information.

1. Candy Man Signs has taken specific measures to ensure that we protect the privacy of our website users and customers. Banaz.com.au holds customer details in confidence and will not disclose any customer information under any circumstances unless required by law. Only authorized staff of Candy Man Signs can access our customer database.
   
2. Customers who have purchased products from Candy Man Signs or enquire about our products may receive correspondence by mail, telephone or e-mail regarding orders they have placed or information on new products and services.
